Crazy Cake



3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
4-6 T. cocoa powder

Stir dry ingredients with a fork in an ungreased 9x13 pan until well mixed. Make 3 dents in dry mixture.

Pour 3/4 c. oil in first dent, 2 T. vinegar in second dent and 2 tsp. vanilla in third dent.

Pour 2 c. cold water over entire mixture. Stir mixture with fork for five minutes - do not beat.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.

Let cool for 10 minutes then cut into slices.

Frosting:

1 stick margarine, melted
6 T. milk
1/3 c. cocoa powder
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and spread over warm, sliced cake.
