Peanut Butter Cookies For Dad

1 and 1/3 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 and 1/2 - 4 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Add eggs milk and vanilla and mix. Add half of flour and then soda and salt and mix. Add rest of flour and mix well. Roll in medium size balls and place on cookie sheet. Dip fork in water and stamp cookies one way and then the other with the fork end. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
