Karrie's Breakfast Bake

This recipe is from my sister-in-law Karrie. We like to make it on Saturday mornings for breakfast. You will need: 6 to 8 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, salt and pepper, one can of crecent dinner rolls, 1/2 pound sausage*, grated cheese...

Brown the sausage....

Roll out the dinner roll dough on the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan...

Layer sausage on top of dough and sprinkle with salt and pepper...

Break eggs and beat with the 1/2 cup milk...

Pour Egg mixture on top of sausage...

Sprinkle cheese on top of egg mixture...
Now cook in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy.

ANOTHER IDEA: Recently we went on a trip and we wanted to take our own breakfast to cut down on the eating out cost. I just made this dish up and cut it up and put it in a container in the cooler. We each ate a large piece for breakfast in our motel every morning. It sure beat eating hard boiled eggs or the motel continental breakfast.

*you can also use ham chunks or bacon pieces.

So glad you posted this! I've ate it, but didn't have the recipe.
